Financial Assistance Program

The Granger Genetics Financial Assistance Program provides a discount to patients experiencing financial difficulties. Eligible patients typically have insufficient healthcare coverage for the requested product and do not have access to alternative sources of coverage or funding. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis due to regulatory limitations.

Financial Criteria

A person seeking financial assistance based upon an inability to pay must apply to Granger Genetics using an application form should include the as much of the following financial information as possible for all members of the household:

  1. Proof of income, consisting of total salary/wages and other income, including, but not limited to, social security benefits, union funds, veterans’ benefits, workers’ compensation, other regular support from absent family members, public or private employee pensions, reemployment assistance or unemployment compensation, dividends, interest, rent, trusts, and gifts.
  2. All bills, liabilities, and debts as well as any deductible income including court-ordered support payments.


We will determine your eligibility based on your income and the U.S. Department of Human and Health Services poverty guidelines. The guidelines are updated annually and are available at the HHS Website.

To take advantage of our program, call the Billing department number listed on your invoice. If you do not have an invoice, contact Billing Customer Service at 855-341-8200.
