An account does not need to be set up prior to sending samples to Granger Genetics. Download the requisition form from our website and enter the required information (marked with an *). Indicate how the report should be sent, whether it be via fax, email, or web portal. Please note that the Billing Information section, including the phone number, is required when submitting samples for the first time. This information is required to set up the account and additionally allows Granger Genetics to contact the facility if there are any questions or missing information.
If there are any additional questions about this process or need to submit other pertinent account information, i.e. email address or additional non-billing phone numbers to the facility, send an email to customerservices@grangergenetics.com.
Samples are reported as either positive or negative.
There are two ways to set up a web portal account.
- Fill out the web portal delivery option at the bottom of the requisition form
- Send an email to customerservices@grangergenetics.com requesting access to the web portal. Include the following information in the email:
- Facility name
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Email address
We are happy to offer discounts when multiple samples are submitted at the same time. Please send an email outlining the details of the sample submission to inquiries@grangergenetics.com and a quote can be provided.
The turn-around time is three business days.
